Account

How do I delete my account?

Open Sleeve, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Account deletion removes your profile, content, and personal information within 30 days except for limited records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or safety reasons.

I cannot sign in.

Confirm you are using the same email or Apple account you used to create Sleeve. If sign-in still fails, email support@mysleeve.app with your username and account email.

Themes

How do generated themes work?

You describe a look, and Sleeve generates a theme using its constrained design system. Themes control layout, typography, colors, and spacing for your profile. They do not run raw HTML or JavaScript.

Why did my theme fail or change?

A theme may fail, be repaired, or be replaced if the generated result is malformed, unsafe, unsupported, or outside Sleeve's design system. Try a shorter prompt that describes the visual direction you want.

Privacy and safety

How do I report or block someone?

Use the report and block controls in the app when available. For urgent safety issues, email support@mysleeve.app with links, usernames, screenshots, and a short description.

Can I export or delete my data?

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@mysleeve.app. Account deletion is also available in the app.

Billing

How do I manage Sleeve Pro?

Sleeve Pro subscriptions are handled by Apple in-app purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple account settings.

How do refunds work?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com flow, then contact Sleeve support if you still need product help.
