Contact us for account access, safety reports, billing questions, theme issues, or anything else that blocks you from using Sleeve.

Email support

For account, product, or technical help, email support and include the email address on your Sleeve account when possible.

For harassment, impersonation, illegal content, or urgent safety concerns, use in-app reporting when available or email us directly.

For access, export, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, contact the privacy inbox listed in our policy.

For terms, rights, or legal correspondence, email legal support. We can provide a mailing address when needed.

Your Sleeve username and the email address on your account.
The device, iOS version, and app version you are using.
A short description of what happened and what you expected.
Screenshots, screen recordings, or links to the relevant profile or post.
For purchases, manage subscriptions and refunds through Apple. Include the purchase date if you contact us about a billing issue.

Account deletion is available inside Sleeve from Settings. You can also review our Help, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
