Terms of Service

01Who we are

Sleeve is operated by E-development LLC, a company registered in Reno, Nevada, United States. These terms govern your access to and use of Sleeve, including the iOS app, web app, website, generated themes, profiles, posts, comments, guestbook entries, direct messages, subscriptions, and digital items.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sleeve. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and can enter into these terms.

03Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may not share access to your account, create accounts through automated means, impersonate someone else, or use a username, display name, avatar, or profile that misleads people about who you are.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@mysleeve.app.

04Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload to Sleeve. This includes your profile text, photos, posts, shorts, comments, guestbook entries, direct messages, and prompts.

You grant Sleeve a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, adapt, moderate, and distribute your content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is legally required or needed for safety, abuse prevention, or backups.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to post your content.

05Generated themes

Sleeve uses a constrained design system to generate profile themes from your prompts. Generated themes are presentation instructions for Sleeve's renderer, not raw HTML, JavaScript, or executable code.

We may reject, repair, remove, or replace generated designs that violate our rules, break the app, attempt to bypass system constraints, or create safety or security risk. You may use generated themes inside Sleeve subject to these terms.

06Community rules

You may not use Sleeve to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, shame, or target another person.
• Post sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, or content that encourages self-harm or violence.
• Post illegal content or use Sleeve to coordinate illegal activity.
• Share private information about another person without permission.
• Spam, scam, phish, manipulate engagement, or distribute malware.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass, or interfere with Sleeve or its safety systems.

07Moderation

We may review reported content, remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, block access, or delete accounts when we believe these terms, our safety rules, or the law require it. Reports and blocks are available inside the app.

If you think we made a mistake, contact support@mysleeve.app from the email address associated with your account.

08Subscriptions and digital purchases

Sleeve Pro subscriptions and digital purchases are processed by Apple through in-app purchase. Apple handles billing, renewals, refunds, taxes, and payment methods. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Digital items and subscription features may change over time. If a paid feature is materially reduced, we will make a reasonable effort to notify affected users.

09Termination

You may stop using Sleeve or delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, create legal exposure, or abuse the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including content licenses already needed to operate the service, moderation records, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits of liability.
